CREAM OF VEGETABLES SOUP
Served with crusty bread and Guernsey butter

TRADITIONAL PRAWN COCKTAIL
Shell off Atlantic prawns on a bed of crispy lettuce and Marie rose sauce

SALT AND PEPPERED CALAMARI
Deep fried in bread crumbs, served on mixed leaves salad and with
Smugglers sweet chilli sauce on the side

LE PÂTÉ DE CANARD
Home made parfait, served on toasted brioche and matured mango chutney

MAIN COURSE
PORC AU VIN
Pork medallions in a red wine, black pepper and fresh button mushrooms sauce
Garnished with mixed salad and served with french fries

Fresh fillet of cod fish in a white wine and Guernsey cream sauce,
topped with mashed potatoes and melted cheddar cheese

VEGETARIAN PAELLA
A vegetarian and vegan Spanish paella so full of flavor, you won't miss the meat - we promise!
This meatless rice paella dish is prepared from lots of healthy veggies and
generously spiced with paprika and turmeric.

CHICKEN STROGANOFF
Sliced chicken supreme in a mushroom, peppers & white wine sauce served with long grain rice

LASAGNE
Homemade with beef, fresh tomatoes and garlic, topped with bechamel sauce and

March 1st 2011 marked our First anniversary, and we have continued to build on the success we enjoyed when we opened in 2010.

The menu has just been revised for the summer season to make the most of fresh, local produce and our steaks are still as popular as ever.
